Delivery

Fast delivery 

We deliver your order free of charge to your home (for orders over $50, a shipping fee of $5 will be charged) or to another address specified by you. Shipping is carried out by DHL.

We deliver to all addresses in Germany, France, Italy, San Marino, Poland, Slovakia, Malta, and the Czech Republic. If the delivery address differs from your billing address, please provide this information when placing your order.
Vouchers will be sent by email within a few minutes of purchase and will not be delivered by post.
 

      Returns

      Would you like to return a product? Please note that we only accept returns of items that are in new condition and have not been used. Gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned.

      The following criteria must be met for a return:

      • The item is unused and in its original packaging
      • The original packaging is complete and undamaged
      • The item is not damaged
      • There are no foreign labels on the product or packaging
      • The item was ordered within the last 30 days

      We grant a right of return within 30 days of the invoice date. If the ordered item is unused and in mint condition, we will refund the full purchase price. The reason for the return is irrelevant.

      Every delivery includes a return slip and an address label. The mandatory fields must be filled in and the return slip must be enclosed with the package. The return label is already addressed to us. We will cover the postage costs for the return. Please keep the confirmation of posting in a safe place until you have received your refund from us. 

      Are you missing the return slip? 
      If you do not have a return slip, please contact our customer service. You will receive your return slip immediately by email and can print it out yourself.

      Return costs 
      The postage costs for the return shipment are borne by CHRIS box.

      Warranty

      Did you receive the item you ordered damaged or does it have manufacturing defects? We apologise for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer service directly, quoting your invoice number.
       
      Warranty period 
      Unless otherwise agreed, we grant a two-year warranty on our items in accordance with EU legislation. If product defects occur during this period, please contact our customer service team.
